MYBONITOS operates an online platform that allows its members to set up a customised personal profile and to communicate with other members and exchange information (hereinafter referred to as "MYBONITOS platform").

With MYBONITOS your personal data are safe. To a large extent, we leave it to you to decide which personal data you want to disclose to us and who may view and edit them. We assure you that we collect personal data with restraint, treat them confidentially and process them only for a specific purpose. • 1. Reason for data collection

  • We collect and process your data to maintain our business relationship, primarily to offer you the best possible service, to make your visit to the website as convenient and useful as possible, and also to optimise the settlement of services against payment.
    
    Furthermore, we use your data to inform you of new publications, special offers and other things that in our opinion might be of interest to you.

• 2. Collection and storage of data

  • 2.1 Data entered by you
    On the MYBONITOS platform, you may register your profile free of charge. With the registration, we collect the following personal data from you:
    - first name and surname
    - postal code
    - place of residence
    - country
    - sex
    - e-mail address
    - date of birth
    
    You may use an anonymous e-mail address for registration (e.g., webmail). In addition, you have the option to save further information such as address, profession, employer, phone No. and personal interests and also texts and photos of yourself to your profile. During registration, you will also be requested to register a user name and a password of your choice and to set your chosen language. This information is also saved to your profile.
  • 2.2 Data automatically collected by MYBONITOS
    When accessing our website, general access data are stored in a log file to compile statistics. This refers in particular to:
    
    - IP address
    - date and time of access
    - name of the file accessed
    - access status (OK, partial content, document not found, etc.)
    - page from which it was accessed
    - top level domain (e.g., *.ch, *.de, *.com, etc.)
    - web browser used
    - operating system used
    
    Through cookies, MYBONITOS collects and stores additional data for the documentation and analysis of the use of the website, as well as for better user guidance. Cookies contain data by which the server is able to recognise you at your next visit and thus to retrieve and restore personal pre-settings. Thus cookies enable you, among other things, to automatically log in, provided you activate this function at registration. Through the corresponding configuration of your browser, you have the option of preventing the acceptance of any cookies at any time, or of having a warning displayed before accepting a cookie so that you can decide for yourself whether to accept it or not. The disabling of cookies may, however, affect the use of the services by MYBONITOS, and it is possible that you may not be able to use particular offers or only with restrictions.

• 3. Use of data

  • 3.1 Membership profile
    Your information is saved to your membership profile. The following information is visible for all registered members of the MYBONITOS platform: first name and surname, postal code, place of residence, country, age group, sex, communication language. In your user profile you are able to define for yourself whether to make the additional information saved to your profile visible to other registered members and who shall be allowed to contact you directly.
  • 3.2 E-mail address
    In order to communicate with you, we need your e-mail address, which you specify when registering or for the use of individual services. We can for instance use your e-mail address to send you newsletters, current information on our service(s) and also information of our advertising partners or additional notifications. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you may define this accordingly in the settings of your user profile and also change it again at any time. Apart from this, we do not pass on your contact details to third parties without your consent, and do not display these data on the MYBONITOS platform unless you have determined in your user profile to make these data visible to other members.
  • 3.3 Anonymised analysis and use of data
    We always endeavour to adapt and optimise our range of services to your requirements. To this effect, we may analyse the data you entered in your user profile and also the automatically collected access data (cf. 2.2). Any such analysis of data is carried out in anonymised form. MYBONITOS may use these anonymised data – also against payment – to optimise advertising messages according to the individual requirements of users, or to have them processed, quantified and attested for the authentication of marketing-related data for the purpose of advertising media research. Only an anonymised data analysis is additionally carried out for such individually processed advertising messages. Our advertising customers will on no account receive data about you, and thus will not be able to contact you directly. Apart from this, MYBONITOS uses automatically collected data for anonymised statistical analyses. MYBONITOS does not carry out any person-related analyses of these data and strictly separates them from the corresponding personal information.

• 4. Offers and third-party links

  • The MYBONITOS platform may host third-party offers (e.g., advertising campaigns, lotteries or competitions) and also links to offers or websites of third parties. MYBONITOS will not assume any responsibility for the collection and processing of personal data by these third parties. The data protection regulations of the third parties in question will apply and we recommend that you always refer to these prior to disclosing your personal data.

• 5. Services & products against payment

  • MYBONITOS also offers services against payment (e.g., premium membership). The payment is made against invoice or by payment systems of third-party providers. MYBONITOS does not know or store your payment details. For the storage or processing of personal or access data, the data protection regulations of the card and service providers in question apply. We ask you to consult these prior to the transaction.

• 6. Data security

    All personal data are stored in the databank of MYBONITOS. MYBONITOS deploys technical and organisational security measures to protect the administrated data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. The security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological developments.
  • 6.2
    To ensure the confidentiality of your data (in particular payment details for transactions) on the Internet, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) on all websites where you enter personal data and payment details for encoding your data. This requires you to use an SSL capable browser.
  • 6.3
    Your user account is also protected by the password defined by yourself. You are obliged to treat the user name assigned to you confidentially, and to appropriately protect it and the password selected by you from access by unauthorised persons, and not to make them available to third parties.
